I must say that Sketching maniacs is an average company. The quality of their sketches is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I expected more from them based on the reviews I read online. The customer service is also just average, not particularly friendly or helpful. Overall, I wouldn't say they are great, but they are not terrible either. Just average.
