I recently worked with a financial firm that provided services for our business. The website design was sleek and easy to navigate. However, my experience with the team left me feeling like they could have been more proactive in their communication. The services offered were fairly standard, and although they did the job, I was left wanting a bit more personalized attention. The company's approach felt a bit too formal and transactional for my taste. It would have been nice to see more effort in building a relationship. Overall, they did what was expected, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the experience. I hope they can work on creating a more engaging and customer-focused environment in the future. 🤔
