I have been using Pasajero gratuito for a while now and I must say it is an average company. The website is easy to navigate and the service is satisfactory. However, I have encountered some issues with their customer support. They were not very helpful and it took quite some time to get my issue resolved. Overall, Pasajero gratuito is an average company.
