I had a rather mixed experience with Ergo Asia. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, there were definitely areas that could use improvement. The representatives I spoke with were generally helpful, although at times I felt that they lacked knowledge about certain products. The process of ordering was relatively smooth, and I received my items within the expected timeframe. However, the quality of the products was not up to par, and I had to return a few items due to defects. Overall, I would rate my experience with Ergo Asia as average.
