I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the studio. The classes were well-paced and provided the right balance of challenge and relaxation. The instructors were attentive and supportive, always willing to provide modifications or assistance when needed. I appreciated the inclusive and non-judgmental atmosphere that encouraged self-acceptance and growth. Highly recommend giving it a try!
