The service provided by Cruiser was average. It was neither great nor terrible. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took them a while to resolve my issues. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
