As a CUSTOMER, I think the hospital provides good services overall. The staff is professional and the facilities are well-maintained. However, there is room for improvement in terms of waiting times and appointment scheduling. The website (ous.no) is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information. It would be great if they could introduce online booking for some appointments.
