I recently used the services of a company that offers IT solutions through their website, egroup.sk. I found the overall experience to be fairly average. While I appreciated the range of services they offered, I wasn't particularly impressed with the execution. The website itself was somewhat outdated and could benefit from a more modern design. Additionally, the customer service I received was adequate, but nothing exceptional. They were responsive to my inquiries, but could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns. The pricing was reasonable, but I believe there are other companies out there that offer better value for money. Overall, I would rate this company as average. They provided the services I needed, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of the user experience and customer service.
