My experience with the Department of Health Free State has been mixed. While some aspects of their services have been satisfactory, others have been disappointing. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of staff attitude and waiting times. However, they have also provided me with good care on occasions. Overall, I hope to see consistent improvements in their services.
