I recently purchased windows from this company and although my overall experience was decent, I can't say it was outstanding. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their products. I appreciated their wide range of window options and the ability to customize my order. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. The quality of the windows is average, they do the job but nothing extraordinary. The customer service was average as well, with polite but not overly enthusiastic representatives. I didn't encounter any major issues or complications, but I also didn't feel like a valued customer. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was average.
