I recently purchased a machine tool from Orca Machine Tools, Inc. and I must say that my experience was average. The website, orca-inc.com, was easy to navigate and the overall process of ordering the machine was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in promptness and efficiency. It took a while to get responses to my inquiries and there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The machine itself is of decent quality, but I expected a bit more precision and durability for the price I paid. The delivery was on time and the packaging was adequate. Overall, Orca Machine Tools, Inc. provided an average experience with room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality.
