While the website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of destinations, I found the booking process to be a bit hassle-prone. The search filters were not as precise as I would have liked, making it difficult to find the perfect flights and accommodations. Furthermore, the prices displayed were not always accurate, leading to unexpected costs during the final booking stage. On a positive note, their customer service was responsive and helpful in resolving my issues. However, I was hoping for a better overall experience. To improve, Travelnow should work on enhancing the accuracy of their booking system and ensuring transparency in pricing. With some improvements, they have the potential to become a reliable travel booking platform. 🤔✈️🏨🛒
