I recently used a seating review website to check out seat views before purchasing tickets for an event. The website provided a decent amount of information and had a wide selection of venues to choose from. However, I found the overall user experience to be average. The design of the website was a bit cluttered and navigating through different events and venues was not as intuitive as I had hoped. Additionally, while there were some helpful user-submitted photos and reviews, I felt that the number of contributions was limited and often skewed towards popular events. It would have been more useful to have a wider range of experiences to draw from. Overall, the website served its purpose but could definitely benefit from some improvements to make it more user-friendly and inclusive of diverse events.
