I recently had the opportunity to work with Initiative Engineering and overall, I had an average experience. 😐 The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow, and I didn't feel fully supported throughout the process. The quality of the work itself was decent, but I expected a bit more attention to detail. On the positive side, the team seemed knowledgeable and professional. Although my experience was not outstanding, I appreciate the effort put into delivering the service. Hopefully, the company can improve their communication and customer support in the future to enhance the overall experience for their clients.
