I recently purchased some linen products from this company's website and I must say, I had an average experience. The website layout was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, the overall quality of the products did not meet my expectations. The linen fabric felt a bit rough and lacked the softness I was hoping for. Additionally, the colors of the products were not as vibrant in person as they appeared on the website. On the positive side, the customer service was helpful when I had some inquiries about my order. They responded in a timely manner and provided the information I needed. Despite the average quality of the products, I appreciate the ease of the shopping experience and the responsiveness of the customer service team.
