I recently availed the services of a child care company and overall, I found it to be average. The company website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their services and programs. However, I felt that the company's communication with parents could have been better. There were times when important updates or changes in schedule were not conveyed in a timely manner, causing some inconvenience. Additionally, I would have liked to see more diverse activities and learning opportunities for the children, as the program seemed somewhat repetitive. Overall, the company was satisfactory but could benefit from improving their communication and expanding their range of activities.
