I recently used this company's services for shipping some important items. 📦 Unfortunately, my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, there were some delays in the delivery process 🚚 which weren't mentioned beforehand. The customer service was responsive but could have provided more accurate updates on the shipment's progress. The overall packaging was good, ensuring the safety of my items. However, I noticed a minor dent on one of the packages upon arrival. 📦💔 While the company did offer compensation for the damage, it would have been better if the packaging was more secure. 🧐 The pricing was reasonable, but I feel that better transparency on the potential delays and possible damages could improve the customer experience. Overall, an average experience that could have been better. 😐👍
