Secondly, the customer service could have been more proactive in addressing my concerns and providing regular updates during the project. On a positive note, the team that was assigned to my project was competent and completed the work within the agreed-upon timeframe. The quality of their workmanship was satisfactory. In conclusion, while there is room for improvement in terms of communication and responsiveness, BEIconcrete.com provides decent concrete services at an average level.
