I had a not-so-great experience with Deccan Engineering Ltd. The product I received was damaged, and it seemed like poor quality. However, their customer service was responsive and arranged for a replacement promptly. The second product was of satisfactory quality, but it was a hassle to go through the process. Average experience overall.
