I participated in a similar program and it made a tremendous difference in my life. The positive impact it had on my physical health, confidence, and overall well-being was incredible. I'm glad organizations like Girls on the Run of New Orleans exist to provide similar opportunities for young girls. The dedication and passion of the coaches and staff are commendable. Highly recommended!
