I recently used the services of this outsourcing company and found their approach to be quite average. The website is easy to navigate and contains plenty of information about their services, which is a plus. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking in responsiveness. It took longer than expected to get my questions answered, which was frustrating. Additionally, while the quality of the work provided was decent, it didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, I would say that there is certainly potential for improvement in terms of communication and service quality.
