I recently used the payment processing services from this company, and I found the experience to be average. The website was user-friendly and offered a good amount of information. However, I did encounter some difficulties with the customer service when I had to reach out for support. The response time was a bit slow, which was frustrating. Overall, the service did what it was supposed to, but there were some areas that could definitely be improved upon. I hope that going forward, the company can focus on enhancing their customer support to provide a more seamless experience for their clients.
