My experience with Te.ma. has been average. While their teas are good, I expected more variety in flavors. The website tema.ra.it could use some improvement in terms of layout and organization. However, their customer service is responsive and helpful. Overall, I would say they are worth trying out, especially if you prefer a classic tea experience.
