I have been a customer of Pt eltran indonesia for over a year now and I must say, their services are just average. The website, eltran.co.id, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I find that their response time is quite slow and their customer support can be unhelpful at times. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services but there is definitely room for improvement.
