I had an overall average experience with Global express. The service was not exceptional, but it wasn't terrible either. The delivery process was somewhat slow and the customer service could have been more helpful. However, the package arrived in good condition and the tracking system was accurate. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 rating.
