I recently purchased an electrical panel from their website. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the shipping time, as it took longer than expected. The product itself was of good quality, but I wished there were more detailed instructions included. Overall, I found the experience to be average. 😕 The customer service was responsive when I had a question about installation, which I appreciated. I would consider purchasing from them again if they can improve the shipping time and provide more comprehensive instructions with their products.
