I recently had a fence installed by this company and I must say I was reasonably satisfied. The quality of the materials used was decent and the installation was completed within the expected timeframe. However, I did encounter some issues with communication and scheduling, which was a bit frustrating. 🛠️ The customer service was friendly, but there was room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. Overall, the end result was satisfactory, but I believe there is potential for better customer experience. If they can enhance their communication and scheduling processes, it could significantly enhance the overall service.
