I recently worked with an advertising company based in New York, and my experience was quite average overall. The team was responsive and professional, but I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times. The marketing materials they produced were of decent quality, but I expected a more innovative approach considering their reputation. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit high for the level of service provided. On a positive note, they did deliver the project on time and were open to incorporating feedback. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of creativity and value for the cost.
