I recently completed my degree in civil engineering, and I must say that the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at UC Irvine played a major role in shaping my career. The curriculum is well-designed, and the faculty members are highly knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most about the department is the emphasis on practical applications and hands-on learning. The department also offers excellent internship and job placement opportunities. I would definitely recommend this department to aspiring civil engineers.
