I had a mixed experience with a logistics company I recently used. While the delivery was prompt and the package was in good condition, their customer service left much to be desired. I faced difficulties in getting updates on the status of my shipment, and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their team. However, I appreciate the fact that they delivered the package on time and without any damage. Overall, I would consider using them again, but only if their customer service improves.
