I recently hired this accounting firm to handle my taxes and financial planning. The staff was courteous and professional, and they seemed knowledgeable in their field. However, the communication could have been improved, as I often had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, the website interface was a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. Despite these issues, the actual services provided were satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. Hopefully, the company can work on improving their communication and updating their website to better serve their clients. 🙂
