I had a great time at Om Espacio Holístico. The ambiance was calming and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The yoga classes were well-structured, allowing me to improve my practice. The meditation sessions were grounding and helped me find inner peace. I left feeling refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend!
