I recently purchased a water treatment system from Aqua-rex LLC, and I must say, I'm quite impressed. The website, aqua-rex.com, is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information about their products. The ordering process was smooth, and my package arrived on time. However, I would rate their customer service as 😐. Although they responded to my inquiries, I felt they could have been more attentive and proactive in addressing my concerns. The product itself is decent, but not extraordinary. It does its job effectively, but I was hoping for a bit more. Overall, my experience with Aqua-rex LLC has been satisfactory. They have room for improvement in terms of customer service and product quality, but they are still a reliable option for water treatment solutions.
