The ordering process was smooth and the website was user-friendly. I was able to easily navigate through the different product options and customize my order. However, the delivery of my order took longer than expected. It arrived a day later than the estimated delivery date, which was a bit disappointing. When I finally received the package, I was pleased with the presentation of the baked goods. They looked appealing and well-made. However, the taste was average. It wasn't bad, but it also didn't stand out. The flavors were not as bold as I had hoped for. Overall, my experience with the company was average. The convenience of ordering online and the visual appeal of the products were positives, but the delayed delivery and mediocre taste made it fall short of my expectations.
