I had a mixed experience with Valency International Trading. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. They were always quick to respond to my inquiries and provided me with all the information I needed. However, I was slightly disappointed with the quality of the products. Some of the items I received were not up to my expectations. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
