The consultants were knowledgeable, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in understanding my specific financial goals. The investment options discussed were fairly standard and didn't offer any unique opportunities. On the positive side, the customer service was friendly and responsive, which made the overall experience pleasant. In the end, I would rate this company as average. While they provided the basics, I was expecting something more innovative and personalized.
