I recently joined the Candlewood Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited (CVTU) and I am extremely impressed with their dedication to preserving and protecting our local trout fisheries. The CVTU website (cvtu.org) provides a wealth of information about upcoming events, conservation projects, and educational resources. The volunteers are passionate and knowledgeable, always willing to share their expertise and help newcomers get involved. I highly recommend CVTU to anyone interested in trout fishing and conservation efforts.
