I recently had an experience with a web development company that left me feeling quite indifferent. The company's website, railsreactor.com, seemed promising at first glance. However, the overall service delivery was rather average. The team lacked clear communication throughout the project, resulting in misunderstandings and delays. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but it didn't exceed my expectations. While they did manage to meet the project requirements, I expected more creativity and innovation from a web development company.
