I recently tried some products from banlab.com and I found them to be okay. The website was easy to navigate and the products were clearly displayed. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the customer service was not very responsive. The quality of the products was decent, but nothing extraordinary. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience and product range. Overall, it was an average experience. 💬
