I recently ordered from Dad Direct and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The delivery was on time, but the product quality was not up to my expectations. It worked fine initially, but after a few uses, it started showing issues. I had to contact their customer support, and they were helpful in resolving the issue. However, it was a bit disappointing to receive a faulty product in the first place. Hopefully, they improve their quality control in the future.
