Although Bhilai Jaypee Cement Limited has good products, their customer service needs improvement. There have been instances where my queries have gone unanswered or it took them a long time to resolve any issues. They need to work on improving their communication and response time. Despite this, the quality of their cement is excellent and it has greatly improved the strength of my construction projects.
