I recently had the opportunity to work with Rap Design for a project I needed done. Although I had high hopes, I found the overall experience to be rather average. The website was easy to navigate and had a clean design, which I appreciated. However, the customer service was lacking. I was met with slow response times and often had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple update. Additionally, the work delivered did not meet my expectations. The final product lacked attention to detail and appeared rushed. On a positive note, the pricing was reasonable and within my budget. Overall, while Rap Design has potential, they need to improve their communication and quality of work to truly stand out in the industry.
