I recently went on a trip to Armenia with this travel company. The overall experience was average. While the tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, the itinerary lacked diversity. The majority of the trip was focused on visiting monasteries and historical sites, which got repetitive after a while. I was hoping for more opportunities to connect with the local culture and explore off-the-beaten-path locations.

Furthermore, the accommodations provided were satisfactory, but not exceptional. The hotels lacked some basic amenities and were not as comfortable as expected. Additionally, I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to other similar tour companies offering similar packages.

Despite these drawbacks, I must commend the company for their prompt communication and assistance during the booking process. The website was easy to navigate, and the customer service was responsive. However, for future travelers, I would suggest seeking out other options that offer a more diverse and immersive experience of Armenia.
