OTIS is an average company with decent services. The elevator maintenance is satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The technicians are usually on time and do their job efficiently. However, the response time for fixing issues can sometimes be a bit slow. Overall, I would say OTIS is an average company to work with.
