I recently came across a non-profit organization that is doing incredible work in South Africa. The organization is dedicated to providing free surgeries to children with cleft lips and palates. I was amazed by the impact they are making in the lives of these children and their families. The team at Operation Smile South Africa is incredibly dedicated and it shows in the quality of care they provide.
