I recently availed the services of a security company for my business and decided to try out Security Service ApS. I must say that my experience was average at best. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, the overall service left me wanting more. The security guards assigned to my premises were punctual and professional, but lacked the necessary expertise in handling certain situations. There were instances where I expected them to be more proactive and vigilant, but they seemed to be just going through the motions. The customer support was satisfactory, although I did encounter some delays in getting my questions answered. Overall, Security Service ApS is an average security company, but there is room for improvement in terms of expertise and customer service.
