I've been a member of Lifestyle Fitness Centre for a while now and I can't speak highly enough of it. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the gym has a great selection of equipment. The facilities are clean and well-kept. It's a fantastic place to work out and achieve your fitness goals.
