I recently purchased a solar panel system from this company. The installation process was relatively smooth, and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The system has been working as expected, and I've noticed a decrease in my energy bills. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service response time, as it took longer than expected to address some of my queries. Additionally, the website could use some improvement as it lacks detailed information about the products and services offered. Overall, the experience was average, and I hope to see improvements in their customer service and website functionality in the future.
