I found E-tel to be an average company. The overall experience was satisfactory, but nothing special. The customer service could be improved, as it felt lacking in terms of responsiveness and helpfulness. The website was functional, but not very user-friendly. I would consider using E-tel again if necessary, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them to others.
