I had some mixed feelings about my experience with Gulf competitors. While their website is easy to use and navigate, I found the customer support to be lacking. The response time was slow, and it took multiple attempts to get a satisfactory resolution. However, the prices were competitive, which is a plus. Overall, an average experience.
